We supply raw materials according to the quality of the product we will produce, and then pass the raw material through several processes before moving on to the production phase.
After hot or cold forging of the bolts nuts threaded rods anchor bolts and special fasteners , the threading process begins. After this process, the product is ready for shipment with heat treatment and coating processes if necessary.
During each production process, our quality control department checks the quality of raw materials and products.
Summary of the production process:
Wire - Uncoiled, straightened, and cut to length.
Cold forging - Molding the steel into the right shape at room temperature.
Bolt head - Progressively formed by forcing the steel into various dies at high pressure.
Threading - Threads are formed by rolling or cutting.
Heat treatment - The bolt is exposed to extreme heat to harden steel.
Surface treatment - It depends on the application. We can do hot dip galvanized, zinc plated, Geomet coatings for bolts, nuts, washers, threaded rods, anchor bolts and stud bolts.
Packing/stocking - After quality control to ensure uniformity and consistency, the bolts, nuts, washers, threaded rods, anchor bolts and stud bolts are packaged.
